"I wanted to call you but we have no phone service as of yet and our cell phone service is not quite as good as we had hoped. Working on it, though. Because of the language difference I was not able to communicate a lot with the others, but they could not have been more professional and helpful as well. We love Mr. Bird. Mike would tease him a lot. We are so happy to have had the pleasure of working with your company. We used Charming Movers in August 2010 for a household move from VA to FL and were extremely pleased impressed by the professionalism and integrity of the firm. From the moment you (the owner) showed at my door to handle the estimate to Leon (the husband of the owner) showing up to physically assist in our move to the final check-in call you gave me at the end of the day of our move....well again, it was hands down a wonderful experience from start to finish!
